# AI Website Template Atembogen

> The website for a meditation house with a Breath Track that first sets the rhythm and then keeps time quietly.

Atembogen is a complete template for meditation and yoga houses, with 22 pages. At its heart is the Breath Track, a sitting timer in the image of an audio track. You choose 3, 5, 10 or 40 minutes and one of three rhythms, all with in and out only. At the start the 48 bars rise and fall for four breaths in the chosen rhythm, then they stand still and the track fills up from the left until the time is over. Without JavaScript it stands there as a calm wave, with a sentence for counting yourself. It runs large on the home page, as a timer with instructions on “Practise at home” and as a small sign in a dark card on the home page and on the 404. Add “Today in the house” with the next classes from now, the next six classes with occupancy, a timetable with tabs, filter and room occupancy, postures with seat height, a style finder in three questions, a price calculator that starts at 4 classes a month, a floor plan of both floors, a mindfulness course with course starts that depend on today’s date, a beginners’ course, a practice week to tick off, company offers with the cost per person, silent days in the Allgäu with a cancellation scale, a contact form that takes its topic from the address, four teachers as initials and a journal with four articles.

## FAQ

**What is the Breath Track?**

A sitting timer in the image of an audio track. 48 bars stand for the whole session, it starts on the left and ends on the right. You choose 3, 5, 10 or 40 minutes and a rhythm and press Breathe along. First the bars rise and fall in time, then they stand still and fill up from the left, with the time left beside them. It follows the flow of the Silent Hour in the house, first arriving with guidance, then sitting in silence.

**How long do the bars set the rhythm?**

Four breaths, meaning four rounds of in and out. At 3 minutes in the Calm rhythm that is 40 seconds, at 40 minutes in the Evening rhythm it is 48 seconds. A cap of 30 percent of the session protects shorter durations, and with the four durations on offer it never applies. After that the display says “Sit still”, and at the end “Done”. There is no sound, and nothing is saved. On phones narrower than 480 pixels the track shows every second bar, so 24. With reduced motion the bars do not breathe, the display only changes its text and the track fills in tenths. The values live in src/scripts/basis.ts and the rhythms in src/data/site.ts.

**Why is there no rhythm with breath holding?**

Because people practise alone in front of a screen, with no teacher sitting next to them. The three rhythms Calm 4 / 6, Even 5 / 5 and Evening 4 / 8 know only in and out, and the data type does not allow a third phase at all. Above the Breath Track it says “Three rhythms, without breath holding” and “If you feel dizzy, stop and breathe normally.”

**How does the Breath Track differ from the breathing exercises in Mondlauf, Kornrose and Strandkamille?**

Mondlauf counts five breaths on its Hatha page, in a rhythm you can choose, Kornrose runs a breath circle for five rounds on its yin and nidra page, and Strandkamille sets a rhythm of four counts in and six out on its first class page. The Breath Track accompanies a whole session of three to forty minutes. The rhythm is only the way in, after that it quietly shows the time that has passed, just as a meditation house first guides and then falls silent.

**How does Atembogen differ from Mondlauf, Kornrose and Strandkamille?**

All four are calm houses with a timetable and a price calculator. Atembogen puts meditation before yoga, with the Silent Hour on every weekday, a mindfulness course and the Breath Track as its signature. Mondlauf plans the timetable around the evenings at new and full moon, Kornrose leads to the right format with its format finder, pregnancy classes included, and Strandkamille answers the question about the next class from now and knows the beach season.

**What is under “Today in the house”?**

The next classes from now, three in the opening image and four in the menu on the phone, with “Tomorrow” or the weekday when nothing more comes today. The browser works them out from the weekly timetable plan in src/data/site.ts, so the page stays right weeks after the upload. Without JavaScript it says “Mondays in the house” with the Monday classes.

**Where do the free places in the next classes come from?**

From two numbers for every class in the weekly timetable, the places in the room and the average occupancy. They produce the sentence “usually 5 of 14 free” and a bar. Below the list it says that the values are example content. The list does not show live bookings.

**What can the timetable do?**

The weekdays are tabs that you can operate with the arrow keys, and today is preselected and marked. A filter shows all classes, only meditation or only yoga, with the number of classes for each day. Below it the room occupancy shows the selected day from six in the morning to ten at night. Without JavaScript all seven days stand one below the other.

**How does the price calculator work?**

For 1 to 20 classes a month it compares single classes, the 10-class pass as a tenth of the pass price per class, the monthly pass and, if you like, the morning pass, with or without concessions. The cheapest option is marked, with the price per month and per class. It starts at 4 classes, and then the 10-class pass wins with €66 a month. Markup and script call the same function rechne() from src/lib/rechner.ts with the prices from src/data/site.ts.

**How does the style finder work?**

It asks three questions about your day, movement and time of day. Every answer gives points to the four styles, and the points are under stilfinder in src/data/site.ts. At the end there is a style with its times and a button for the trial class. Without JavaScript the four styles appear as a list.

**What happens to course starts that are over?**

They disappear in the browser by themselves. The running course carries “In progress”, the next one “Next start”, and the course page shows the next date at the top. Without JavaScript the starts carry “Session 1” to “Session 3”. The dates themselves are fixed in src/data/site.ts and are updated after every start.

**Does the site work without JavaScript?**

Yes. Every heading and text is there without scripts. The Breath Track shows a calm wave and a sentence for counting yourself, the timetable shows all seven days, the postures show all four tabs, the floor plan shows both floors with a room list, the calculator shows the result for 4 classes and the questions are open. Breathing, filtering, calculating and ticking off need JavaScript.

**Does the site promise an effect of meditation or yoga?**

No. It says what happens in the class, how long it lasts, who leads it and what it costs. No sentence ascribes an effect on sleep, back, stress or the mind to meditation, breath or yoga. Where a question sounds like that, it says that the class is no substitute for treatment. The limit is set out in the copywriting skill. These notes are not legal advice.

**Is the mindfulness course an MBSR course, and does the health insurer pay?**

Neither, and the page says so. The course follows the structure of the well-known eight-week programmes with body scan, walking meditation and a Day of Silence, but it is not a certified MBSR course. The course and the open classes are not certified as a prevention course under § 20 SGB V, which governs German statutory health insurance, and there is a certificate of attendance. The company page says the same about tax exemption and insurer subsidies.

**Why does Jonas say “used to be a physiotherapist”?**

Because “physiotherapist” is a protected professional title in Germany and Jonas teaches yoga in the course, not physiotherapy. Every mention puts the job in the past, and the course page says that Jonas gives no medical assessment. When you rebuild the site, the job title stays only if the person is entitled to use it.

**Are the silent days in the Allgäu a package trip?**

Very probably, because accommodation, full board, pick-up and programme come from one provider. The page names the deposit, its due date and the cancellation scale with a substitute person, and the deposit of €110 is below 20 percent of €590. The insolvency certificate, the information sheet and the booking confirmation are the organiser’s job, and CLAUDE.md describes them. These notes are not legal advice.

**What happens to an enquiry through the form?**

The contact form takes the topic and the course start from the address, for example from the “Request a place” button. It checks required fields and marks errors at the field, and the message disappears while you type. Then it shows a confirmation and says plainly that nothing is sent in the template. The same goes for the Still Post in the footer. Your AI sets up the sending, as the system-knowledge skill describes.

**Can people book classes directly on the site?**

No, there is no booking software built in. The buttons lead to the contact form with the topic preselected, and for open classes the page says that turning up is enough. If you use a booking system, your AI puts its link or embed on the buttons and adds it to the privacy policy and the consent.

**Does this work without a morning meditation or with only one room?**

Yes. The template-setup skill describes the routes for a house without a fixed morning meditation, with only one room, without courses, without retreats or without company offers. The start skill asks early how long the morning meditation lasts, because the longest duration of the Breath Track is called “like the Silent Hour”.

**Are the names, prices and people real?**

No. House, team, quotes, prices, times and figures are made up, and the site says so in the footer of every page, on every quote, on the company quote and on every journal article. Pressenhofgasse and Alpe Stillreute do not exist, and the phone number comes from the block that the German Federal Network Agency keeps free for media use. Munich, the Au district, tram 18 and the Allgäu are real places.

**Can I keep the photos?**

The 56 image files come from 48 Pexels photos and are under the Pexels licence, which allows commercial use. None of them is made with AI. They show neither your house nor your team. 35 files show people, there is no model release for any of them, so you replace them with your own pictures before going live. BILDNACHWEIS.md and the legal notice name the photographer and the source for every motif.

**Why does the team have no photos?**

Because no stock photo should stand next to a real name. The four teachers appear as initials badges, a disc with the initials and five small bars, with role, earlier job and fixed classes. Your own team photos take their place once the people have agreed in writing.

**Are the legal notice and privacy policy included?**

As placeholder pages with instructions, marked noindex and kept out of the sitemap until you fill them in. The legal notice carries the image credits and the fonts, and the privacy page describes what the website does technically and what it stores in the browser. There are no pre-written legal texts, because they fit no real house.

**Does the site load anything from third-party servers?**

No. Literata and Instrument Sans live in public/fonts/, the photos in the project, and the floor plan, location sketch, initials and wordmark are SVG. The browser runs the site’s own JavaScript without a library, around 8 KB packed on the home page. The browser’s storage holds at most the choice in the cookie dialogue and the practice week. Statistics and external media are not tied to any service.

**Are search engines and share images prepared?**

Yes. Every page has its own title, description and breadcrumbs, plus an ExerciseGym schema with address, opening hours, teachers and price range. The pages add FAQPage, Course, OfferCatalog, Service, Event, HowTo, Blog, BlogPosting and ContactPage. Astro builds the 1200 by 630 pixel share images at build time from a photo of each page.

**How does the template address visitors?**

With the informal you throughout, the house speaks as we, and where a person does something, their first name is there. The sentences of scripts and components live in src/data/texte.ts, and the pages in src/pages/ carry their own text. If your house uses the formal form, you tell your AI and it switches the texts.

**Is the site included in English too?**

Yes. In the English package the whole website is in English, with an English knowledge layer and English skills. The scripts format dates, times, numbers and euros through the browser in the language of the page.

**Where can I host the site?**

Anywhere static files may live. Astro builds the site into a folder of finished HTML that you upload to your host. Before that, your AI sets your own domain in astro.config.mjs and robots.txt.

**Do I own the template?**

Yes. Pay once, yours for good, for your own projects and client projects. You get the complete source code without a watermark.

**Do I need programming skills?**

No. You tell your AI in the project folder what should change, and it finds the place through CLAUDE.md and the seven skills. If you want to work on it yourself, you find team, timetable, courses, price options and questions in src/data/site.ts and the Breath Track in src/components/Atemspur.astro.
