# AI Website Template Jara Wendt

> The website for breathwork and embodiment with a Plumb Check-in that guides through an exercise in two minutes.

Jara Wendt is a complete template for breath educators and embodiment practitioners with their own studio, with 20 pages. At its heart is the Plumb Check-in on the home page. The visitor taps the place in her body that is calling for attention right now, throat, heart, belly, pelvis or feet, the plumb glides there, and the black panel shows an exercise for two minutes. Once started, a clock counts down from 2:00 and guides her through three steps with their own step times, and below it she sees which programme this work continues in. The choice can be linked through the address, nothing is stored, and without JavaScript all five exercises and their 15 steps appear as a list. Plus three programme pages with a timeline, a body map, week tabs, a seating circle and a day arc, a programme finder in three questions, the method in four steps with a session band, the Breath Circle with a drawn floor plan and seven contraindications, a year ring with 15 dates, sixteen labelled voices with a filter, a question search, a contact form with phone hours and four journal posts, each with an exercise.

## FAQ

**What is the Plumb Check-in?**

A two-minute exercise on the home page. Five stations hang on a drawn plumb line, throat, heart, belly, pelvis and feet, each with a sentence on what is often held there. The visitor taps one, the plumb glides there and swings out once, and the black panel shows the exercise, three steps and a link to the programme in which this work continues. The belly is selected at the start.

**How does the clock guide the exercise?**

After “Start the exercise” it counts down from 2:00. Each of the three steps has its own length, at the belly 20, 40 and 60 seconds. The current step is highlighted and shows how long it still runs, finished steps say “done”. Pause, Resume and Stop sit beside it, and at the end the link to the programme is highlighted. A status line announces the start, every change of step, pauses and the end for screen readers, not every second.

**Can I change the stations, exercises and times?**

Yes. Every station is an entry in stationen in src/data/site.ts, with its name, sentence, exercise, three steps, three step times in takt and the programme with its link. The times add up to 120 seconds. The sentences of the clock such as “Start the exercise” or “done” live in src/data/texte.ts. The choice can be linked, for example with ?stelle=kehle, and nothing is stored.

**How is the Plumb Check-in different from the boundary map in Ambra?**

Ambra lets guests mark several body zones before a massage and sends the map with the enquiry. The Plumb Check-in picks exactly one place, guides through an exercise and sends nothing anywhere. It shows how the work feels and then names the matching programme.

**May the website promise effects?**

It describes the exercise and the experience, never a cure. In Germany anyone who diagnoses, heals or relieves illness for a living practises medicine under the Heilpraktikergesetz, and as soon as advertising aims at relieving complaints, the Heilmittelwerbegesetz applies. So the site says, wherever it matters, that Jara is not a therapist, doctor or healer, that trauma belongs in psychotherapy and that the doctor comes first with pain. None of the sixteen voices names an effect on sleep, pain or illness. CLAUDE.md describes the limit for every new text. This is not legal advice.

**What does the site say about connected breathing?**

What it is, how long it lasts and what can happen, from tingling to tears, plus seven contraindications from pregnancy and epilepsy to medication, each with its own sentence. Before the first Breath Circle there is a questionnaire on health and expectations, and without it there is no place in the circle. The questionnaire itself is text, not a form, and the privacy page treats health information as specially protected data.

**Is the retreat a package holiday?**

No, and the site is built so that it stays that way. Jara only sells the programme for €890, every participant books and pays for room and full board directly with the house, and the price list shows both separately. That is why there is no total price anywhere. Anyone who wants to sell rooms as well becomes a tour operator, and CLAUDE.md names the duties that come with it. For guided walks in the national park, ask the national park authority.

**Why is the site only for women?**

Because the invented practice only works with women. The questions explain this with the closeness in a room where pelvis, pleasure and boundaries are talked about, and name colleagues for men and couples. If you work with everyone, your AI changes the audience, the form of address and this answer.

**Are an imprint and a privacy policy included?**

As placeholder pages with instructions, marked noindex and kept out of the sitemap until they are filled in. The imprint lists what belongs in it, including the note that the offers are not medical treatment, and carries the photo credits. The privacy page describes what the website does technically and how to handle health information. The cancellation and withdrawal rules of the programmes appear on the site as sample rules. Before going live, a professional checks your own texts.

**What happens to an enquiry through the form?**

It checks the input, names errors right at the field, such as asking for a first name, and then shows a confirmation. Below the button it says that the form in the template does not send anything yet. The reason for getting in touch can be preselected through the address, for example with ?anliegen=Atemkreis. Your AI sets up the sending and adds it to the privacy policy.

**Can people book directly on the site?**

Registration runs through a free first conversation and a written confirmation, as the site says. If you use a booking system, your AI puts its link on the form and buttons and adds it to the privacy policy and the consent dialogue.

**Does the site work without JavaScript?**

Yes. Every heading and every text is there without scripts. The Plumb Check-in shows all five exercises with their 15 steps as a list, the stations jump to their exercise by anchor, and only the clock and buttons are missing. Timeline, week tabs, day arc and programme finder show all their content, accordions are open and the menu on the phone opens. The date filter, voice filter and question search need JavaScript.

**Are the names, prices and voices real?**

No. Jara Wendt, her CV, the programmes, prices, dates, figures, voices and journal posts are made up. The site says so in the footer of every page and right at the blocks, with the sentence that they are sample content of the template or the label “Example”. There is no Kranichgasse in Dresden and no Haus Lotbach, and the phone number comes from the block the Federal Network Agency keeps free for media. Dresden, Pirna, Bad Schandau and the Kirnitzsch valley appear as real places.

**Can I keep the photos?**

The photos come from Pexels and may be used commercially under the Pexels licence. None was made with AI. They show neither the women quoted nor participants, and the portraits of Jara show a model. There is no model release for any of them, so before going live you replace the portraits in particular with your own photos taken with written consent. src/data/bildnachweis.json, BILDNACHWEIS.md and the imprint name the photographer and source for every motif.

**Does the site load anything from third-party servers?**

No. Bodoni Moda and Alegreya live in public/fonts/, the photos in the project, and the map, floor plan and directions are drawn. The browser runs our own JavaScript without a library, around 7 KB gzip on the home page. The cookie dialogue writes the choice to the dataLayer, and statistics and marketing are not wired to any service. Instagram sits in the footer as a plain link.

**Are search engines and share images prepared?**

Yes. Every page has its own title, description and breadcrumbs, plus a HealthAndBeautyBusiness schema with address, founder and price range. Embodied and Breathwork carry Service, Magnetic a Course, the retreat an EventSeries, every date an Event and the method a HowTo, plus FAQPage, ProfilePage, ContactPage, Blog and BlogPosting. Astro builds the share images at 1200 by 630 pixels from a photo of each page.

**How does the template address visitors?**

With the informal you throughout, and Jara speaks in the first person. The sentences of the components and scripts live in src/data/texte.ts, the content in src/data/site.ts, and the pages under src/pages/ carry their other texts themselves. Your AI switches to a formal tone if your practice prefers it.

**How do I enter dates and prices?**

Dates live in termine in src/data/site.ts, and the year ring, month bar, date list, the next dates on the home page and the Event schema come from there. Prices live in programme and retreatPreise. Whatever else appears in texts, the comparison and the schema is listed in CLAUDE.md under what has to be replaced before going live.

**Is the site included in English too?**

Yes. In the English package the whole website is in English, with an English knowledge layer and English skills. The scripts format dates, times, numbers and euros through the browser in the language of the page.

**Where can I host the site?**

Anywhere static files may live. Astro builds the site into a folder of finished HTML that you upload to your host. Before that, your AI sets your own domain in astro.config.mjs and robots.txt, and the website reads it from there.

**Do I own the template?**

Yes. Pay once, yours for good, for your own projects and client projects. You get the complete source code without a watermark.

**Do I need programming skills?**

No. You tell your AI in the project folder what should change, and it finds the place through CLAUDE.md and the seven skills. If you want to work on it yourself, you find programmes, dates, voices, questions and the stations of the Plumb Check-in in src/data/site.ts.
