Twenty-three pages in deep navy and warm cream, standing against each other as full-width bands in a hard alternation, set in Playfair Display and Inter. Four different openings so no two pages look alike: an edge-to-edge split with a capitals headline on the left and a black and white portrait on the right, edge-to-edge halves of image and colour field, a form with a dark side column, and an editorial head without an image. Four offer pages for four situations, three case pages with before and after, eleven voices and a journal with four pieces. All without a framework, without a CSS library, entirely static.

- Headline type: Playfair Display in capitals up to 4rem, with italic eyebrows above every headline as the only ornament, local as WOFF2
- Body type: Inter carries body copy, navigation and buttons. Two families, cleanly separated: serif for voice, sans for craft

## FAQ

**What do I need to work with the template?**

Node and ideally Claude Code. One npm install, then npm run dev for the preview and npm run build for the finished site. The result is static HTML that any web space will serve.

**Can I change the colours?**

Yes, all colours sit as tokens at the top of basis.css. The only thing that matters is the one rule: sand exists for light and for dark surfaces, and the two are not swapped. The component map in the knowledge folder explains why.

**Why does it say Example everywhere?**

Because all voices, cases and figures are invented as shipped. The markers stay in place until real, signed-off content sits there. That is exactly why the demo is allowed to be online at all.

**Are the images free to use?**

All eighteen motifs come from Unsplash and are covered by the Unsplash licence, commercially too. The uncropped originals are in the package. Four motifs show real people without a model release for your brand and get swapped before going live.

**The site uses a formal register. Can I change that?**

Yes, but then across all twenty-three pages. The formal register is not a formality here, it belongs to the audience. The copywriting skill switches the address in one pass.

**Do I get the template in English as well?**

Yes, there are two versions. The English one contains the same website with English texts and an English knowledge layer including the skills.
