Polaris is the template for career coaching and consulting. Eighteen pages in deep plum, warm cream and amber, set in EB Garamond with italic accent words. Four different openings so no two pages look alike: a black and white portrait in a cream circle on the home page, a drawn underline beneath the final word, a gradient with an image reaching into the surface, and a full height image beside the text. - Headline type: EB Garamond, a true Renaissance serif up to 3.9rem, with italic accent words as the only ornament, local as WOFF2
- Body type: Figtree in five weights carries body text, navigation and buttons. Two families, clearly split: serif for voice, grotesque for craft

## FAQ

**What do I need to work with this template?**

Node and ideally Claude Code. Run npm install once, then npm run dev for the preview and npm run build for the finished site. The result is static HTML that any web space serves.

**Can I change the colours?**

Yes, every colour sits as a token at the head of a single CSS file. The one thing that matters is the rule that amber exists as a surface and as type, and the two are never swapped. The component map in the knowledge folder explains why.

**Why does it say example everywhere?**

Because every testimonial, case and figure in the delivered state is invented. The markers stay until real, released content sits there. That is exactly why the demo may be online at all.

**Are the images free to use?**

All sixteen motifs come from Unsplash and are covered by the Unsplash licence, commercially too. The uncropped originals come with the package. The portraits show real people without a model release for your brand and get replaced before you go live.

**Do I get the template in German as well?**

Yes, there are two versions. The German one contains the same website with German text and a German knowledge layer including skills.

**Do I need a database or a server?**

No. The build produces plain HTML, CSS and a few lines of JavaScript. That runs on any web space, with any host, without PHP and without Node on the server.
