It is tested against published sun times for Frankfurt, including 2 August, 6 December and the week of the clock change. The rules for the required drives follow Annex 4 of the German Driving Instruction Regulation as of 18 October 2026. **Does the planner calculate for our location?** Yes. Latitude and longitude live in one place in src/data/site.ts. Your AI enters your school’s coordinates, and every time on the site is right, including the year curve on the home page. **Does the planner promise fixed dates?** No, and the page says so. It shows in which weeks a drive fits the learner’s times. The school sets the date. One click sends the weeks as an enquiry into the contact form. **What happens when the driving licence reform comes?** The reform has not been passed as of 18 October 2026 and is due to apply from 2027 at the earliest. If it changes the required drives, your AI changes the number per class in src/lib/nachtplan.ts and the classes in src/data/site.ts, and the system-knowledge skill names every place on the site. **Are the technical details correct?** Yes. Minimum ages, theory, special drives, test duration, B197, accompanied driving and the test fees are checked against the Driving Licence Regulation, the Driving Instruction Regulation and the fee schedule as of October 2026. The guides state their date. **Are the prices on the site legally sound?** German driving schools must display their fees under § 32 of the Driving Instructors Act, and that also applies to prices in advertising. They show no real driving school. IMAGE-CREDITS.md names the photographer, source and licence of every image. **Are a legal notice and privacy policy included?** As placeholder pages with instructions, not as finished texts. The legal notice lists the mandatory details of a German driving school, and the privacy page describes what the website does technically. **What happens to a sign-up sent through the form?** The form checks the input and opens the visitor's mail program with the finished message, with the weeks from the planner if wanted. It stores and sends nothing itself.
