Run npm install once, then npm run dev for the preview and npm run build for the finished site. The result is static HTML that any web space can serve. **The coach is invented. What does that mean for me?** Marlene Steinbach, her practice in Stuttgart, all quotes, cases and figures are demonstration material. Voices carry the word sample, cases are called sample case, figures carry sample values of the demo, the reference strip is marked as a sample. The markers stay until your real content stands there. **I am a man. Does the template still fit?** Yes. The persona is written as a woman, the structure is not. Your AI switches name, address and every role label in one pass, and the signature then writes your name. **Does the site have to stay black and white?** No. The look comes from one CSS filter and a handful of tokens. Your AI can introduce an accent colour or show the photos in colour, and the knowledge layer explains which contrasts have to be measured on the way. **What is the story with the handwriting?** Mr Dafoe is a real font file, not a graphic. It stresses at most one word per headline, writes the signature and the greeting in the menu. When your AI changes the text, the handwriting changes with it. **Do I get finished legal texts?** No, and that is deliberate. The legal pages are scaffolds with sample data and carry a visible note. What your legal notice really needs depends on legal form and professional law. Have the texts checked by a legal adviser. **What about the photos?** All 23 images are stored locally under the Pexels licence, the list is in IMAGE-CREDITS.md. The portraits show real people without a model release and get replaced with your own shots before launch. The black and white filter makes your own pictures match the rest instantly. **Can I add or remove pages?** Yes. The journal pieces come from one data file, a new entry creates a new page with route and structured data. For a new page type you take the closest of the hero concepts as your model. **Do the forms work?** Both flows validate the input and show a success state, but nothing is sent yet. Before launch you connect a sending service, it is on the quality assurance checklist. Which one fits depends on your hosting. **How about cookies and tracking?** The consent dialogue sits centred and only stores the decision in the browser. Fonts and images are local, no request goes to Google, and there is no map, no video and no analytics service. The statistics category is prepared, but no service is wired in. **How does the site address its readers?** In the formal register throughout. The audience are boards, managing directors and shareholders. Your AI can change the address in one pass if you prefer it casual. **Do I really own the website?** Yes, completely.
