# AI Website Template Strandkamille

> The yoga studio website with a timetable that knows the time and the season.

Strandkamille is a complete template for yoga studios with drop-in classes, courses and programmes of their own, with 21 pages. At its heart is a timetable that thinks ahead. The schedule filters by style, teacher, time of day and season, beach yoga only appears from 1 May to 30 September, and “Next at the studio” shows the next classes from the current time in the footer of every page and on the schedule itself. Every view of the week reads from one single timetable. Add eight formats with a class filter, five class pages from the beginners’ course to aerial yoga, a price calculator that shows the cheapest option for your classes per week, a first class page with a breathing pacer, four teachers, a studio with a drawn floor plan, a journal with four articles and a contact page with a location sketch and an enquiry form.

## FAQ

**How does “Next at the studio” work?**

The footer of every page reads the timetable from src/data/site.ts, takes the weekday and time from the browser and shows the next three classes, after the last evening class from the next day. If all three are still today, the bar is called “Today at the studio”. The timetable shows the next four classes and says in how many minutes, hours or days they start. The mobile menu names the next class with its teacher.

**How does the timetable know it is summer?**

Beach yoga is marked as a summer class in the table and appears in the footer, in “Next” and in the timetable from 1 May to 30 September. The timetable sets the season by the current month, and visitors can switch to summer or winter themselves. Summer has 24 classes a week, winter 21. The season calendar on the beach yoga page counts the beach mornings for 2026, and for another year your AI changes the year.

**How do I enter our timetable?**

Every class is one row in the timetable in src/data/site.ts, with day, time, format, teacher, length and room. That row feeds the timetable page, the week tabs, the footer, the menu, the day line on the studio page and the matrix on the classes page. The short time notes on the eight formats and on the beach yoga page sit beside it as text and are kept up to date with it. Your AI enters your timetable and updates those places too.

**Can people book classes directly on the site?**

No, there is no booking software built in. Every class in the timetable leads to its class page, and the trial class button leads to the enquiry form. If you use a booking system, your AI places its link or embed on the timetable, the class pages and the button, in the style of the template. The table then stays the source for what is shown, and booking happens with your provider.

**How does the price calculator work?**

It takes classes per week from the slider, from every two weeks to five times, works with 4.3 weeks a month and compares single classes, the 10-class card and the monthly membership. The cheapest option is marked, along with the price per class. A switch calculates with the reduced prices for students and trainees. With the sample prices the card pays off up to one class a week, the membership from one and a half. It reads its prices from preise in src/data/site.ts.

**What does the breathing pacer do?**

It leads through six rounds of four counts in and six out, one minute in total, while a shape rises and falls in time. With reduced motion it switches instead of gliding. It only runs when you press the button and can be stopped at any time.

**Can a yoga studio advertise with health?**

In Germany, yoga as exercise is not covered by the Heilmittelwerbegesetz, the law on advertising for medical treatment, but advertising that promises relief from complaints is. The texts therefore make no promises of healing. Singing bowls heal nothing, the yoga therapist makes no diagnosis and replaces no treatment, and anyone with new or lasting complaints first checks with their doctor whether yoga suits them. The journal article on back pain names the warning signs that send you to a doctor before the mat. The prices page says the classes are not prevention courses certified under § 20 SGB V. Anyone who advertises an effect or names an association needs evidence for it.

**Are the names, prices and quotes real?**

No. Studio, teachers, prices, times, figures and quotes are made up. The quotes carry the note sample quote on the site, prices and figures appear as sample values, and the footer of every page says so again. Only replace quotes with real, approved statements. The name Strandkamille has been checked against trademark registers, businesses and domains.

**Who are the people in the photos?**

Strangers in sample photos from Pexels. The licence allows commercial use, but there is no model release from the people shown. The portraits do not show the named teachers, and the imprint and BILDNACHWEIS.md say so. Before going live, replace the four portraits and the class photos with your own pictures, taken with consent.

**Can I keep the photos?**

The 60 photos come from Pexels and may be used commercially. They do not show a real studio. BILDNACHWEIS.md and the imprint name the photographer and source of every motif, and the originals are in Bilder/originale.

**Are imprint and privacy policy included?**

As placeholder pages with instructions, not as pre-written legal texts, and marked noindex until filled in. The imprint lists what a studio has to state and carries the full image credits below, the privacy page describes what the website does technically. These notes are not legal advice.

**What happens to an enquiry through the form?**

The form checks required fields and the email address, shows errors right at the field and, after sending, a confirmation that says honestly that the draft sends nothing. It is set up with method="post". A link ending in ?anliegen=grundkurs or ?anliegen=aerial preselects the request and the class. Your AI connects sending through a mail service or form service.

**Does the site load anything from third-party servers?**

No. Fonts and photos live in the project, the location sketch and floor plan are drawn instead of embedded, and Instagram is a plain link. The cookie window is prepared and writes the choice to the dataLayer, while statistics and marketing are not tied to any service.

**Are search engines and share images prepared?**

Yes. Every page has its own title, description and structured data, and the sitemap is built without imprint, privacy page and 404. Astro builds the 1200 by 630 pixel share images from the photos of each page at build time, so a new photo also gives a new share image.

**Does the site work without JavaScript?**

Yes. Every heading and text is there without scripts. The week tabs show all seven days one below the other, the timetable shows the whole week, and the footer shows Monday. Filters, price calculator, pacer and “Next at the studio” need JavaScript.

**How does the template address visitors?**

With the informal you throughout, as most yoga studios do. Your AI switches to a formal tone if your studio prefers it.

**Does this work for pilates, meditation or bodywork too?**

Yes. The structure of formats, timetable, teachers, prices and first class carries any studio with fixed classes. Your AI renames formats, rooms and images. Marking a class as a summer class works for any class, not just on the beach.

**Where can I host the site?**

Anywhere static files may live. Astro builds the site into a folder of finished HTML that you upload to your host. Before that, your AI sets your own domain in astro.config.mjs and in robots.txt.

**Do I own the template?**

Yes. Pay once, yours for good, for your own projects and client projects. You get the complete source code without watermarks.

**Is the site included in English too?**

Yes. In the English package the whole website is in English, with an English knowledge layer and English skills. Prices and figures appear there in English notation.

**Do I need programming skills?**

No. You tell your AI in the project folder what should change, and it finds the place through CLAUDE.md and the seven skills. If you want to edit yourself, timetable, prices, teachers and formats are in src/data/site.ts.
