Create an API key

Give it a name you will recognise later, like the app or server that uses it.

  • Build with test keys. They reach test data only, so nothing real changes.
  • The secret is shown once. Store it in your server settings, never in app code.
  • Roll keys every few months. The old key keeps working while you switch.
