You can order online around the clock or by phone from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. Every order is confirmed by email within a few minutes.

Changes are possible until we pack your parcel, usually the same afternoon.

We ship within Germany in one to two working days, to the rest of the EU in three to five. Shipping is free from 60 euros.

Every parcel is climate neutral and packed without plastic.

You have 30 days to return anything unused. Print the label from your order email, we refund within three days of receiving the parcel.

All furniture comes with a five year warranty on frame and joints. Fabric and cushions are covered for two years.

If something breaks, send us a photo. In most cases we send the part instead of the whole piece.

We accept card, bank transfer and invoice for business customers. Prices include VAT.
