Connect your calendar

Appointments from Lumen appear in your calendar, and private events block your booking hours automatically.

Before you start

You need a calendar with CalDAV or ICS and the owner or admin role in Lumen. Every person on the team connects their own calendar.

Connect a calendar

  1. 1Open Settings, then Integrations.
  2. 2Choose your calendar provider and sign in there.
  3. 3Pick the calendar that receives appointments from Lumen.
  4. 4Save. The first sync takes up to two minutes.

For private events Lumen only reads start and end, never titles or guests.

What is synced

New, moved and cancelled appointments show up in your calendar within 30 seconds. The other way round, every event in your calendar blocks that time for online booking.

When something does not work

Disconnect under Integrations and connect again. If that does not help, send us the time of the last sync, it is shown under the calendar name.
