How Northwind handles the data of people who visit this website, write to us or use our app. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
The controller for the processing of personal data on this website is Northwind GmbH, Speicherstraße 14, 20457 Hamburg, Germany. You reach our data protection officer at privacy@northwind.example.
When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to our server. We store it for seven days to keep the service secure and then delete it.
When you write to us through the contact form, we process the details you enter to answer your request.
We process server data on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Contact requests are processed to take steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Statistics run only with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.
Our website runs on servers of a hosting provider in Frankfurt am Main, bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for advertising.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to privacy@northwind.example, we answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
