Every morning at six Mira unlocks the door before the first delivery arrives. She knows the bakers by their first names and the regulars by their footsteps.
When we started planning her website, one question stood above everything. How does a place feel where you like to arrive early? We did not find the answer in a draft but at the counter, between two orders.
What we learned
Guests want to know whether a table is free today and what there is for breakfast. Everything else can wait.
