Atelierhaus Nord rents studio 2.14 (24 m², north light, sink) to the tenant from November 1, 2026, for twelve months, renewing by one month at a time.

The rent is $640 a month including heating, power and Wi-Fi, due on the third working day. The deposit of two monthly rents is returned within four weeks after the keys.

Kilns run Monday to Friday between 8 am and 8 pm. Clay dust stays in the studio, so floors are cleaned wet only. The shared corridor is swept on Fridays.

Either side can end the lease in writing with one month’s notice to the end of a month.
