Dr. Lea Hartmann is a work psychologist based in Hamburg. For ten years she has studied how meetings, messages and rooms shape our attention, advising companies from 20 to 20,000 people. Her book “Empty calendars” came out in 2024.
She asked 60 companies how many of their meetings they would cancel if they could. The answer was one in three. Please welcome Dr. Lea Hartmann.
