  1. Step 1 · 8 weeks before

    Licence and insurance

    Apply for the licence at the new address and move the liability insurance to it.

  2. Step 2 · 6 weeks before

    Keep your phone number

    Have the old number ported. Patients call the number they have had in their phone for years.

  3. Step 3 · 4 weeks before

    Website and maps

    Change address, directions and opening hours everywhere, including map services and directories.

  4. Step 4 · 3 weeks before

    Move appointments

    Move every appointment in the week of the move in person, with two new slots to choose from.

  5. Step 5 · 2 weeks before

    Tell your patients

    A short message with new address, directions and a photo of the entrance.

  6. Step 6 · On the day

    A sign on the old door

    A sign with the new address and a QR code for directions, for the first three months.
