Where is our data stored?
Only in certified data centers in Frankfurt, with backups in Nuremberg. Data never leaves the EU.
Can we bring our own keys?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Keys then live in your own key service and we never see them.
Do you support SSO and SCIM?
Yes, through SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect. Users are provisioned and removed automatically through SCIM.
How long do you keep logs?
Access logs for 400 days, exportable as CSV or streamed straight into your SIEM.
What happens in an incident?
We inform affected customers within 24 hours and publish a detailed report afterwards.
