Our sourdough is baked fresh every day rests for 36 hours before it is baked each morning in our own oven. It is very tasty and healthy. The long rest gives it a mild, slightly sour taste and a crust that stays crisp. Order it till by 6 pm the day before and pick it up from 8 am.
