Your first class, nice and easy

How your first visit goes

  1. Arrive ten minutes earlyWe show you the changing room, showers and the studio. Tea is always ready.
  2. Grab a mat and propsEverything is on the shelf. All you need is comfortable clothing.
  3. Say a quick helloTell the teacher if something pinches. She shows you options that fit.
  4. Stay lying down at the endThe final relaxation is part of it. Afterwards there is tea and time for questions.
