8 Best Consulting Website Templates 2026 (HR and Strategy Included)

A consulting firm gets hired when a managing director can see, before the first call, how the work is done and what came of it. We compared eight templates on whether they carry approach, case studies and pricing, what they cost over three years and who owns the website afterwards.

Nobody hires a consultancy on impulse. Before a managing director picks up the phone, they have read the website and had three questions answered. Does this firm understand our problem, how do they work, and has it worked for anyone else. A page with a skyline photo, a handshake and the word excellence answers none of them.

We build websites for management, strategy, HR and digital consultancies. So this list is not a collection of pretty previews. It rates each template on how well it prepares the first conversation.

What we looked for

Four criteria, in this order:

  • Does it show the approach? Hiring a consultancy means buying a way of working. Phases, duration and outcome belong on the site, not only in the proposal.
  • Does it carry real case studies? Situation, approach and a result anyone can check. A row of client logos without explanation persuades no procurement team.
  • What does it cost over three years? A $17 monthly plan adds up to more than $600 in three years. That belongs next to every one-time price.
  • Who owns the result? Can you move if the vendor raises prices or drops the feature your articles live on?

1. Falkhorst, for management and strategy consultants

This is our own product, which is why it comes first. Judge for yourself.

Falkhorst is built for consultants whose clients want to see substance before they call. Sixteen pages with eight services, a four-phase method, three engagement formats with public prices from assessment to ongoing support, and example case studies with figures. It also ships five finished long-form articles on questions decision makers actually search for, such as what management consulting costs. Light and dark mode are built in. It comes as a project folder you open in an AI tool like Claude Code and adapt to your firm by chat.

Strong: The blog is not empty. Five articles are ready, you only have your AI rewrite them for your field. The code is yours and you host it wherever you like.

Weak: Built for one consultant or a small team. A firm with many projects and a careers page is better served by Thalbrandt. You also spend a moment in the terminal, two commands.

Best for: Management consultants, interim managers and sparring partners for owner-led companies.

2. Thalbrandt, for industrial consulting with projects

Also ours. Thalbrandt is built for firms advising manufacturers, the kind that run the numbers before they give advice. Twenty-two pages with four service areas and their own detail pages, four case studies with situation, five approach steps and figures, four formats with public prices, a method page, careers and three articles. It brings eight different hero layouts, so subpages do not all open the same way.

Strong: The case studies also tell what did not work at first. Buyers who have sat through consultancies showing only wins trust an honest story more.

Weak: A lot of structure for a solo consultant, who is better off with Falkhorst.

Best for: Consultancies serving manufacturers, turnaround specialists, engineering and planning firms that sell projects rather than services.

3. Velbrandt, for digital and strategy consulting

Velbrandt is built for firms that want to be measured by results. Twenty-one pages with four service detail pages, three case studies told in full with situation, approach, three figures and a quote, a four-phase method with weeks attached, careers with open roles and three articles.

Strong: The method page says what happens in which week. That answers the question that usually only comes up in the third meeting. Industry and size replace the client name, so you can show work without breaking confidentiality.

Weak: The tone is digital and crisp. For classic tax or financial advice the finance category fits better.

Best for: Digital, data and strategy consultancies and boutique firms focused on processes.

4. Merenwald, for HR consulting

Merenwald is built for HR consultancies serving mid-sized companies. Seventeen pages with five services and their own detail pages, three billing models with prices, namely project, ongoing support and retainer, three articles and a solutions page that sorts visitors by company size, from 20 to 80 employees, through 80 to 400, to more than 400.

Strong: Visitors recognise their own situation before they read a single service. Instead of invented client logos, a band of industries runs until real references are in place.

Weak: Cut closely to people topics. For strategy or industry, take Falkhorst or Thalbrandt.

Best for: HR and recruitment consultancies, interim HR leads and outsourced HR teams.

All four sit in the consulting category of the marketplace, with a comparison table and the questions that come up before buying. If you coach people rather than advise companies, the coaching category and the list of best coaching website templates fit better. Agencies selling creative work find their own list in consulting and agency website templates.

5. Wix consulting templates

Wix has a category for consulting and coaching, with pages for services and a booking module for first calls. Its editor is the easiest on this list.

Strong: Fast start, scheduling in the same place, no terminal.

Weak: From $17 a month, for as long as the site exists, and you cannot take the website with you. Case studies and articles are layout with no structure behind them.

Best for: Anyone who wants to be online today and can live with the subscription.

6. Squarespace consulting templates

Squarespace has calm, image-led templates that suit solo consultants with a handful of pages.

Strong: Very good typography out of the box, secure hosting, no maintenance.

Weak: From $19 a month, ongoing. The templates are built around photography, while consulting sells through text, approach and proof.

Best for: Solo consultants with a sharp position and little content.

7. Webflow consulting templates

Webflow has its own consulting gallery, and third-party sellers offer templates with a CMS for case studies and articles. It is the most flexible platform on this list in terms of design.

Strong: Clean design, a CMS for case studies and articles, good animation.

Weak: The template plus a monthly site plan, and a learning curve that tends to call for an agency. The website stays in Webflow.

Best for: Firms that work with a Webflow designer.

8. ThemeForest consulting themes

ThemeForest lists dozens of WordPress consulting themes with many demo home pages, usually with a page builder and sliders.

Strong: One-time price, a huge choice, and every host knows WordPress.

Weak: Theme, builder and plugins all need updates, and many demos look interchangeable because a thousand firms use the same home page. A theme is a starting point, rarely finished.

Best for: Anyone already running WordPress who does not mind the upkeep.

How the three routes differ

A website builder is fastest on day one and most expensive in year three. A WordPress theme is cheap and turns you into the administrator. A template with its own code costs once, belongs to you and grows by one case study with every new project, without you designing a page.

For a consultancy, what counts in the end is whether the website prepares the first conversation. Who are you, how do you work, what came of it for others. The four templates above are built for exactly that. If you would rather not adapt one yourself, we can do it for you.

Frequently asked questions

A finished template sits at €99 once, a website builder at $200 to $250 every year for as long as the site exists, and an agency build with service pages and case studies usually lands between $4,000 and $15,000. Add domain and hosting at roughly $30 to $80 a year.

A home page that says whose problem you solve, services with concrete points, your approach in phases, two to four case studies with situation and result, a page about you or the team, a clear route to a first call, and your legal pages. Articles on the questions your clients search for bring decision makers in through search.

At least the order of magnitude. Falkhorst, Thalbrandt and Merenwald come with engagement formats and public prices, such as assessment, project and retainer. Showing prices filters out enquiries without a budget and reads as more confident than pointing everything to a call.

Write case studies without client names, using industry, size, situation and result. Velbrandt replaces the client name exactly this way, and Merenwald shows a band of industries instead of invented logos. Every figure in the templates carries an example label until real, approved numbers are in place.
