Marnholt. Built for companies that manufacture parts and take inquiries seriously
Marnholt is the template for contract manufacturers, suppliers and workshops with series production. 32 finished pages per language, bilingual from a single source. Six process pages, a material finder, five fully written expert articles and, at its heart, an inquiry assistant with 26 fields, conditional fields and file attachments that runs without a server. Signal red on white and grey, Barlow as the only typeface, light and dark mode.

A manufacturer does not sell with words, but with an inquiry that arrives complete

Anyone who has parts made has a drawing, a material, a quantity and a deadline. Most supplier websites offer a contact form with three fields for that, and the first reply is a question back. Marnholt turns this around: the inquiry assistant asks in four stages exactly what an estimator needs, shows and hides fields depending on the material, takes drawings as attachments and finally produces a ready email file. No server, no form service, no running costs.
The second decision is bilingualism. Suppliers deliver to Austria, Switzerland and half of Europe. So every page is generated in two languages from one entry, with its own address, its own title and hreflang in both directions. Change the German edition and TypeScript immediately shows which English key is missing.
Visually it stays industrial: one signal red, otherwise black, white and grey, a single typeface in four weights, technical numbers on the cards, the large outlined word on the home page and cut-out image corners with a plus. Thirty local production images in three sizes, light and dark mode, and no connection to a third-party server.

Scroll through the homepage
The Marnholt homepage travels as you scroll. Each stop explains why a section is built the way it is.
- 01
The opening with sparks
A production photo across the full width, kicker, two-line headline, two buttons and a cut-out corner pointing to the next section. The first screen says who manufactures here.
- 02
Four strengths, numbered
Four cards with an icon, a running number and one sentence each. Every card links to the page that proves it.
- 03
The outlined word
One line in outline type drifts gently against the scroll direction. It separates company and processes and is the signature of the template.
- 04
Six processes in the dark band
The only dark band of the home page: six cards in a bento, the first two double width, each with a photo, a number and a round arrow.
- 05
The material finder
Five tabs, five materials, and for each the processes that handle it. The mapping lives in one file, not in the markup.
- 06
Process and references
Four steps from inquiry to dispatch, below them the reference strip with visibly marked placeholder brands and three article cards.
Not one page. All of them
You are not buying a homepage full of promises, you are buying a complete website. Every subpage is fully designed and written.
An inquiry assistant that delivers complete inquiries
Not a contact form with three fields, but the questions an estimator really asks: material, thickness, format, quantity, packaging, shipping, drawing. Fields appear depending on the answer, files attach, and at the end there is an email file to send from your own mail client. It runs without a server and costs nothing to operate.
- Fields follow the material
Choose plastics and you see the plastic grades, choose metal and you see the alloys. Six conditions live as data in a JSON file, not in the script.
- Pre-filled from every page
Every process page and every material tab jumps into the assistant with the matching inquiry reason. The visitor never starts from zero.
- No server, no service
Validation runs in the browser, the inquiry is saved as an email file. To connect a mail service you swap exactly one function.
- 26
- fields in four stages
- 6
- display conditions from data
- 15
- files per inquiry, up to 25 MB

Who Marnholt is built for
A template gets good by making choices. Marnholt is tailored to one niche, and honest about where it does not fit.
Built for

- Industrial companies that want inquiries with a drawing and a quantity
- Companies delivering to Austria, Switzerland or other EU countries that need both languages
- Agencies with clients in metal, plastics, textiles and packaging
Not meant for
- Online shops with a cart, the inquiry is the intended route here, not the purchase
- Single landing pages, the structure is built around six processes and a blog
- Software and consulting without manufacturing, Sekvano or Velbrandt are built for those

Quick answers
The six processes are entries in one file, with name, key figures, materials and images. One process fewer is one entry fewer, a new one is one entry more. The process page, the cards, the menu and the material finder follow automatically. Only the body copy per process is written fresh.
No, and that is deliberate. The website needs no server and no form service. The visitor saves an email file with attachments and sends it from their own mail client. To connect a mail service instead, you replace exactly one function in the script, and the knowledge layer describes which.
Yes. Every page is generated in English and German from one entry, with its own address, its own title, its own description and hreflang in both directions. The default language is one line. In the English edition the English website sits at the root and the German one under a prefix.
Thirty images come from Unsplash and ship locally in three sizes, together with the uncropped originals. The portrait shows a stranger without a model release and is replaced with your own photo before going live. The image credits name every image with photographer and source.
As placeholder pages with instructions, without pre-written legal text. The pages are linked and set to noindex so no link runs into the void. Your own verified texts go in before going live.
No. Typeface, images, search and the demo chat live in the project. The contact page shows a schematic map as SVG instead of a map service. The consent dialogue is preparation for your own embeds; without consent no connection is made.
All of them. Punching force, formats, founding year, headcount, the timeline, the example roles, the reference marks and every number in the expert articles are example values. The knowledge layer lists them and says which ones to prove or delete before going live.
The formal register throughout, as is usual in purchasing and engineering. The address sits in the data files, not in the components, and can be changed in one pass.
Any host that serves files. Astro builds a static folder, there is no database, no server and no runtime dependency. One build command, then upload.
You do, for your own and for client projects, as often as you like. The only thing not permitted is reselling the template itself as a template. Typeface and images carry free licences that are listed in the licence file.
Yes, as its own ZIP with the same website, an English guide, an English knowledge folder and the seven skills in English. There the English website sits at the root and the German one under a prefix.
