Nordstett grew out of an observation: people with responsibility distrust coaching websites that sound like a motivational seminar. So the template speaks like its audience: short sentences, open terms, a programme comparison instead of superlatives. The coach Marlene Vogt from Hamburg is invented; the system behind her is the value.
Every decision stands in the template with its reason: why does every testimonial visibly carry the Example prefix? Why does the line between coaching and therapy stand in the FAQ?
