NPS and ratings

One quick rating and a follow-up that fits the answer. A low score asks what was missing, a high one asks what people love, both with tags to tap and room for a comment.

Props and details · NPS and ratings

Net promoter score

The classic 0 to 10 question as tiles that rise in one after another. On phones the scale breaks into two rows, so every tile stays a full tap target. The follow-up opens once a score is chosen.

Satisfaction faces

Five drawn faces from very unhappy to delighted, the mouth bends with the mood. The chosen face grows with a spring and takes the accent, the follow-up asks what fits the mood.

Was this helpful

Two buttons at the end of an article. Yes thanks right away, no opens the reasons and a comment with a soft height. The thumb gives a small nod when pressed.

Customer effort

How easy something was, on seven points. A gauge beside the card tips toward easy as the score rises, the chosen tile slides along the scale and arrow keys move it.

Support rating

Survey

Surveys people like to finish. Each question type has its own calm layout, a counter at the bottom shows what is answered, and open questions are listed above the form with a link to each one.

Scale

Statements on a five point scale with words at both ends. The chosen tile slides along the scale, arrow keys move it, and the send bar stays in view while the questions pass by.

Matrix

Several aspects rated in one table, the row under the pointer lights up and the dot springs in. On phones every aspect becomes its own short scale, so nothing has to scroll sideways.

Choice

Single and multiple choice as calm rows in two columns. A counter shows how many are chosen and pauses the rest at the limit, "other" opens its own field with a soft height and takes the focus.

Open questions

Open questions with starters to tap, a starter lands in the text and the cursor waits behind it. A switch lets people answer anonymously, name and email fold away when it is on.

Branching

One question at a time, and the answer decides which comes next. Beside it the path so far grows with every answer and names the questions skipped for this visitor.

Feedback from any page. A tab on the edge, a round button with quick reactions, marking the exact spot on the page, and a full bug report with the device filled in. Floating ones sit over the window, or inside a frame with contained.

Props and details · Feedback widget

Side tab

A tab on the right edge slides away and a panel slides in, a sheet from the bottom on phones. Kind of feedback in a segmented row with a sliding tile, the text field asks what fits the kind.

Bubble with reactions

A round button whose icon turns into a close mark. One tap on a reaction is already feedback, a comment field opens below it for those who want to say more.

Mark the spot

Visitors mark the exact spot with a crosshair, by pointer or with the arrow keys, a numbered pin pulses there. The panel shows the spot in a small outline of the view and asks what is wrong at it.
